Acceptance
By using Stockiser you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Stockiser is a personal portfolio tracker for the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Not financial, tax, or religious advice
Everything Stockiser shows — returns, capital-gains estimates, dividend withholding, zakat, and Shariah purification figures — is for information and personal record-keeping only. It is not investment, tax, legal, or religious advice. Capital-gains and withholding figures are estimates based on published FBR rates and may not match your NCCPL certificate; zakat and purification are estimates based on standard rulings. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified advisor, accountant, or scholar before you act on it.
Accuracy of data
In this build, market prices, dividend schedules, exchange rates, and metal prices are approximations generated for illustration — not a live market feed. Figures you enter are recorded as-is; the app does not verify them against a broker or the exchange.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your own backups (see the export option in Settings). Because data is stored in your browser, clearing your browser storage or resetting the app will remove it. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
No warranty & limitation of liability
Stockiser is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from reliance on the estimates it produces, including investment or tax decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
